  • Superior Adhesion: Excellent bonding to most materials including glass, aluminum alloy, and other common substrates
  • Eco-friendly Formula: Environmentally friendly composition meeting modern green building standards
  • Easy Application: Ready-to-use, no mixing required
Applocation
  • Sealing for interior decoration, doors, and windows
  • Bonding and sealing of ceramics, wood, glass, and other building materials
  • Gap filling and joint sealing in construction projects
  • Weatherproofing seals for exterior applications
  • General-purpose multipurpose sealing applications
Package
  • Cartridge Size: 300ml, 590ml
  • Available Colors: Clear/Transparent, White, Black, Gray, Customized
  • Packaging Type: Hard tube, Sausage pack/cartridge
  • Shelf Life: 12 months from production date (in sealed original container)
  • Storage Conditions: Store in cool, dry place below 27°C

Step 1: Surface Preparation

  • Ensure the substrate surface is clean and free from contamination, dust, oil, and loose particles
  • For better adhesion, surfaces should be dry

Step 2: Application

  • Cut the cartridge nozzle at a 45° angle to desired bead size
  • Load cartridge into a standard caulking gun
  • Apply sealant from the cartridge evenly onto the joint area

Step 3: Tooling & Finishing

  • Smooth and finish the sealant before skin formation occurs (within 10-15 minutes)
  • Use a spatula or finger (moistened with soapy water) to tool the joint
  • Remove masking tape immediately after tooling

Step 4: Curing

    • Allow adequate curing time before exposing to stress or weather conditions
    • Full cure typically achieved in 7-21 days depending on joint depth and environmental conditions

Limitation
  • NOT for structural glazing applications
  • NOT suitable for materials that exude oils, plasticizers, or other substances
  • NOT recommended for poorly ventilated or confined spaces
  • NOT suitable for surfaces in direct contact with food or potable water
  • NOT recommended for continuous water immersion or prolonged moisture exposure
  • DO NOT apply when substrate temperature is below +4°C or above +50°C
  • NOT compatible with bituminous surfaces or materials containing copper
  • NOT paintable (silicone does not accept paint)
Tips

For Best Results:

  • Use backer rod or bond breaker tape for joints deeper than 12mm to control joint depth and ensure proper width-to-depth ratio (2:1 recommended)
  • For maximum adhesion, conduct adhesion tests on actual substrates before large-scale application
  • Avoid three-sided adhesion which can cause joint failure
  • Do not apply in rainy conditions or when rain is expected within 24 hours
  • Clean tools and uncured sealant with mineral spirits; cured sealant can only be removed mechanically
  • Wear gloves during application to avoid skin contact
  • Ensure adequate ventilation during application and curing

Storage Tips:

  • Keep cartridges in upright position during storage
  • Once opened, use cartridge within one month for best performance
  • Refrigeration can extend shelf life but bring to room temperature before use
