KEDA Knife Grade Polyester Marble Adhesive

Keda Knife Grade Polyester Marble Adhesive is a high-viscosity, thixotropic paste adhesive designed specifically for vertical applications. Its non-sagging formula ensures seamless bonding, filling, and repairing of marble, granite, and engineered stones without dripping. Ideal for molding, facade installation, and vertical joint sealing.

Each package includes the adhesive resin and a hardener component.

Surface Preparation: Ensure the stone surface is rough, dry, clean, and free of oil or dust to maximize adhesion.
Mixing: Take the required amount of glue and mix with 2% to 3% of the hardener paste (white/clear tube).
Blending: Mix thoroughly until the color is uniform. Do not return mixed glue into the can.
Application: Apply the mixture to the bonding surface using a putty knife or spatula. Press firmly to ensure contact.
Finishing: Shave off excess glue before it fully hardens. Once cured, sand and polish as needed.

Limitation

Do not mix more glue than can be used within 5 minutes.
Higher temperatures shorten curing time; lower temperatures extend it.
Store below 25°C away from direct sunlight.

Mix only the amount of adhesive that can be used within its working time to prevent waste.
For color matching, use compatible coloring agents designed for polyester adhesives.
