Target Surface Grease and Built-Up Grime
KEDA SC300 is a stone cleaner and degreaser intended for maintenance tasks involving surface oil films, grease and accumulated general soiling. It is positioned for professional cleaning teams, fabricators and project maintenance buyers selecting a suitable cleaning method for stone surfaces.
The right approach depends on more than the stain alone. Identify the stone, surface finish, grout and any previous sealer or coating before selecting the cleaner and application method.

Tile, masonry, engineered surfaces and sensitive finishes require their own compatibility assessment. A broad material description on a package does not establish suitability for every surface in that group.
Surface grease is not the same as oil absorbed into the body of a porous stone. Deep staining may need a specialist stain-removal assessment instead of repeated use of a general surface cleaner.
SC300 is not positioned here as a rust remover, cement-residue remover, polishing compound or repair treatment. Etching, scratches, loss of polish and moisture-related discoloration should be assessed separately rather than treated as ordinary dirt.
Review the materials and application before choosing the supplied grade.
This overview is for planning only. Obtain the instructions and safety information for the actual supplied product before use; no dilution ratio, contact time or coverage rate is specified here.
Record the material, finish, previous treatments and type of soiling. Remove loose grit using a suitable non-abrasive method. Protect adjacent surfaces and restrict access to the working area.
Use a representative spare piece or inconspicuous area. Test the proposed concentration, contact period and cleaning tool together. After rinsing and drying, inspect for cleaning effectiveness, discoloration, gloss change, coating damage and residue before proceeding.
Measure and dilute only as directed for the actual product. Work in manageable sections with an approved brush or pad suitable for the finish. Observe the specified contact period and do not allow the cleaning solution to dry on the surface. Do not assume that undiluted product or a longer contact period is better.
Collect the soiled liquid using appropriate equipment and follow the specified rinsing procedure. Avoid spreading residues onto adjacent finishes or saturating moisture-sensitive construction. Handle collected liquid according to the actual safety information and applicable disposal requirements.
Inspect the cleaned, dry surface before deciding whether further work is needed. Persistent discoloration may have a different cause. Do not proceed directly to a sealer or color enhancer unless the surface preparation and the proposed treatment system have been approved.
Do not assume that it can. Confirm the actual product's permitted materials and restrictions before testing. Polished, coated or resin-treated surfaces need particular attention. “Stone cleaner” or “acid-free” wording alone does not establish compatibility.
No complete-removal guarantee is made. Surface oil films and oil absorbed into porous stone are different problems. Share photographs and the stain history so an appropriate method can be assessed.
Use only the ratio specified for the actual product, surface and cleaning task. This page does not prescribe a ratio. Do not apply competitor instructions or assume that the concentrate can be used undiluted.
That depends on both products and the cleaning conditions. Do not assume either protection retention or complete stripping. Confirm compatibility and assess a representative test area before treating a sealed or coated surface.
These are outside the cleaning claims made here. Identify the problem first: rust and cement residues need separate assessment, while etching is surface damage rather than a deposit that ordinary cleaning can remove.
SC300 is positioned here for periodic cleaning and degreasing, not as a default daily cleaner. Select routine maintenance products according to the surface and its care instructions.
Not automatically. The surface must meet the selected treatment's preparation requirements, and compatibility must be confirmed. SC100, SC200 and SC300 are not established as a mandatory or interchangeable treatment system.
Send KEDA the stone type, surface finish, photographs of the soiling and details of any previous cleaning or sealing treatment. Include the approximate area, application location and destination market so suitable options can be assessed before quotation.
